My Xbox Live account is linked with my EA/Keep account but the items won't show up in-game. The gist of it is, is that through the Dragon Age Keep website, I unlocked all the promotional DLC items since they are now free for everyone. I'm going to copy/paste what I wrote on the EA Answers HQ, since there are likely to be more people active on this site than over on the EA forums for Dragon Age.
